Initiate Your Request
Contact our Concierge team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage the furniture in its original protective materials and crate to ensure the item remains secure and undamaged during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will help you coordinate a professional white-glove carrier or freight service to collect the item from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
Upon arrival at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the piece; once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
